A Day in the Life of a Raindrop

I  got this book from netgalley. It's a really good book, I liked it. It had cute graphics. I liked what the book had to say. One thing that I liked was this:
Would I sputter and spatter
all over the place
or would I just slightly dampen
the whole human race.
I give this book 5 stars.

Secrets of Hopelight

I read Secrets of Hopelight. I got this book from netgalley. I liked this book, except for the ending.
Spoiler alert:
It doesn't say what happened to her mom or Desmond or the other ones that were unchipped. And it doesn't mention how Desmond got caught and they got away. I feel like the book was not complete. And that's why I only gave the book 4 stars.

For Sarah's Sake

I read the book For Sarah's Sake by Mona Risk. The book  made me want to adopt a child even more. One thing that I didn't like about the book was it was more graphic than I'd like regarding sex and things of that nature. Besides that I really liked this book.

I would recommend this book, except for the sex parts. I loved the little girl in the story. But I also wish that she had siblings from her parents so that she wasn't alone. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.

Change

I am so sorry that I've still been so inactive on here. Hopefully I'll get a laptop soon and be able to write more then. I just changed my reading challenge on goodreads from 100 to 50. So hopefully I can finish my reading challenge now. Next year I'm determined to do way better with a lot of things than I did this year. I'm already looking forward to next year haha. Well, I'll talk to you guys more later.

Reading challenge

I know that it's way late, but I just signed up for Book Dragon's Lair challenge Pages Read. I want to read 12,000 pages from now to the end of the year. Or total for the year. I'm not sure yet which one I'll do. I really wanted to sign up for a bunch of reading challenges at the beginning of the year, but for different reasons wasn't able to. Even though it's way late, I hope to sign up for a couple of reading challenges now and to complete them by the end of the year. I haven't been reading much lately and I am going to change that. Also, I am sorry for being so inactive on this blog. One of many things that I want to improve on. Thank you for your patience.

Up to this Pointe

I read Up to this Pointe by Jennifer Longo
in February.
I'm sorry that this review is late. I've been very busy having my son, and getting used to having 2 kids. My daughter is now 15 months old, and my son is now almost 3 weeks old.
I really liked this book. I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars.
I really liked everything about this book. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends. I liked reading about Antarctica and the explorers and everything about this book I really liked.
I borrowed this book on my kindle from my library.
This was my third book I've read this year, so I now have 37 books to read this year.
This book was 368 pages. So I now have 9,246 pages left to read this year.
For the 2016 Ebook Reading Challenge with Annette's Book Spot, this was my first book to read for that challenge, so I now have 9 books left to read this year for that challenge.
I am behind on my reviews and reading goals, but I will be catching up on them this week, and then I will hopefully stay caught up.
Here's to meeting my goals for this year.

The Snow Child Review

The first book that I read for 2016 was The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey. I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars. I really enjoyed this book, however, I wish that there was more details on a few things, including the ending.
I read this book for a variety of challenges that I'm participating in this year. For the Modern Mrs. Darcy challenge it's 12 novels 12 categories 12 months. This is a book that I've been meaning to read, so I used this book for this challenge.
For my Goodreads challenge, I want to read 40 books this year. I now have 39 books left to read this year. Another Goodreads challenge is 10,000 pages this year read. I now have 9,614 pages left this year.
I'm also participating in Shelf Love Challenge. I signed up for 11-20 books, and I'd like to read 20 of my books this year, so 19 left.
I'm sorry that this review is so late. I read and finished this book at the beginning of January, but I've been very busy having a baby. And there were a lot of other family things going on, but I want to really start reading and blogging more, as much as I can. I want to share my love of reading with others. And discover new books and authors and bookworms also.
Here's to a new year filled with many new and exciting goals and challenges and experiences.
